The Stage 4 Kit transforms your Bronco into a serious long-travel prerunner, built for chase and prerunning duties deep down in Baja. It also provides a great ride for runs to the store. A usable 15 inches of front and 17 inches of rear travel will soak up whoops and deliver a plush ride through the roughest terrain. The Stage 4 Kit combines the Stage 3 Front Long-Travel Coilover Conversion components with the famous Deaver Q80 rear leaf spring setup and optional King Shocks. The suspension is built specifically for your Bronco, taking weight, application and other parameters into consideration.

 

Up front, Cut N’ Turned Dana 44 TTBs are paired with 12-inch 2.5 King Remote Reservoir Coilover shocks. The W-I-Y shock hoops come with alignment holes which locate to factory frame holes, allowing for easy and precise positioning before welding with no fiberglass required. In the rear, Deaver Q80 progressive leaf springs are paired with our Q80 Shackle Conversion Kit, allowing for 16 inches of travel. Two 12-inch 2.5 King Remote Reservoir shocks control all that travel, in either a smooth body or 3-tube bypass configuration. The bypasses allow for better suspension tuning. The rear shocks are mounted to a W-I-Y Under-the-Bed shock mount.
